HCMA Directory 2024 Rates

All exhibitors are provided with a 6 ft. skirted table and are allowed to begin setting up at 5:30 p.m. If you require electricity, please let me know, and bring a heavy-duty extension cord.

Membership Dinners are held in February, May, and September and are held at The Westshore Grand, located at 4860 W. Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33609.

Although not mandatory, we encourage you to bring a door prize item, with your business card attached to be raffled off to a physician or medical student attendee during the evening.

If you are interested in exhibiting, please submit the contract/application form along with your payment in the amount of $500. All exhibitors must pay prior to the meeting. Any literature that will be distributed must accompany the application.

All cancellations must be received five (5) working days prior to the meeting or will be assessed $250 (50% of the exhibit fee).

The Hillsborough County Medical Association (HCMA) offers organizations opportunities to sponsor HCMA membership dinners, seminars, and other events.

The 25^th HCMA Foundation Charity Golf Classic was held on March 30^st, 2023, at Tournament Players Club – Tampa Bay. Check out photos from the tournament on the HCMA’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/HCMADocs

The Charity Golf Classic is an event where HCMA member physicians, hospitals, and local businesses raise funds to support community projects dedicated to enriching our community.

Partnership with the Tampa Bay business community is a fundamental goal of the HCMA, the HCMA Alliance, and the HCMA Foundation; and is an essential component for success in an event of this magnitude. Due to the success of the Charity Golf Classic we have been proud to fund programs through such organizations as Children’s Home Network, Frameworks, Judeo Christian Health Clinic, Lighthouse for the Blind, MoreHealth, Outreach Clinic Brandon, and Voices for Children. We have also been able to award scholarships to USF Morsani College of Medicine medical students.

Text limitations: Logo (excluding HCMA member link ads), web address, business name and phone number.

All the images: GIF, JPG, BMP or PNG formats. (Scanned business cards do not transfer well). Provide the HCMA with your text, as outlined above, and we will configure it to the dimensions indicated.

Pre-payment: Pre-payment is required for first year, advertiser will be bill for subsequent years. Prices are per year. Advertisement year begins the month ad is placed on HCMA Website.

Placement: All ads, accompanied by a contract, should be submitted to the HCMA 30 days prior to website placement.

The Hillsborough County Medical Association is committed to keeping our physician members informed of important events and opportunities in the Tampa Bay community.
